Martingale Pro is a bankroll management and prediction-tracking platform available at martingale.pro and as a mobile app on the Apple App Store and Google Play. We provide tools for Martingale strategy tracking, AI-powered prediction analysis, and cycle management across assets including stocks, crypto, forex, sports, casino, poker, and futures.

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and name to create and manage your account.

Subscription & Payment Data: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or raw payment credentials. We receive and store your subscription status, billing interval, and associated Stripe customer ID for account management purposes.

Session & Strategy Data: We store the Martingale sessions you create, including asset selections, bankroll values, bet logs, cycle counts, and win/loss records. This data is used to power real-time tracking and session persistence across devices.

Prediction Data: We store predictions you post on the Predictions Board, including text, links, images, asset details, confidence levels, and AI-generated research summaries. Predictions marked "active" may be visible to other users of the platform.

Usage Data: We collect standard technical data such as IP address, device type, browser, and app version to maintain service quality and security.

Communications: If you contact support, we retain your messages to resolve issues and improve service.

• • Service Delivery: To provide and sync your Martingale sessions, predictions, and account features across devices.
• • Subscription Management: To process payments, manage your trial period, send billing notifications, and handle cancellations or refunds via Stripe.
• • AI Features: Your prediction data and session statistics may be used as context for AI-generated insights (e.g., the AI Simulator, prediction analysis, and in-app insight notifications). Data sent to AI models is not used to train external models.
• • Alerts & Notifications: To send prediction deadline alerts, trial expiry reminders, and billing updates to your registered email.
• • Security & Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent unauthorized access, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
• • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• • Stripe: For payment processing and subscription lifecycle management.
• • AI Providers: Anonymized or contextual data may be sent to AI service providers (such as OpenAI or Google) solely to generate in-app insights. These providers are bound by their own data processing agreements and do not retain your data for model training under our usage terms.
• • Platform Infrastructure: Your data is hosted on Base44's backend infrastructure under applicable data protection agreements.
• • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Martingale Pro and its users.

We retain your account and session data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account through the Settings page, all your Martingale sessions and prediction data are permanently and immediately deleted. Stripe-related billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to meet financial compliance requirements.

Martingale Pro uses browser local storage to save your theme preference (light/dark mode) and cached AI insights locally on your device. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Standard session cookies may be used for authentication purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• • Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data directly from the Settings page, or contact us.
• • Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
• • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from email notifications by contacting support.

Martingale Pro is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will promptly delete the account.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access-controlled backend infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The app may contain links to external sites (e.g., Apple's refund portal, Google Play). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites and encourage you to review their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Martingale Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we'll notify users by email.
